Characteristics of STRONG LEADER

      


Ten Basic features that evolves a BOSS into a strong Leader:





1) INTEGRITY: Should possess both in business dealings and personal interactions with qualities like honesty,candor,sincerity trust worthiness and truthfulness.

2) VISION: Having long term vision for the organization, ability to articulate, inspire and motivate employees.

3) LISTENING: Willingness to listen everyone's ideas and more important to be open and flexible.

4) FEEDBACK: Give credit where it is due -including public praise for a job well done

5) EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: Positive attitude, cool under pressure has empathy and compassion, passion for the work and commitment to the organization.

6) COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Wide dimension array of talent , well spoken,ability to communicate ideas to all levels of people in the organization.

7) MANAGERIAL SKILLS: Ability to delegate and allocate resources for greatest effectiveness and empowering employees to get job done.

8) FOLLOW- THRO: Practicing what is preached, strong leaders are consistently concerned about how things come out and not how things begin.

9) HUMILITY: No one is perfect and no one is omniscient, an authentic leader is humble willing to seek information and advice and admit mistakes when they occur.

10) KNOWLEDGE AND INTELLIGENCE: An authentic leader needs to be smart in every sense of word and needs to have extensive knowledge of the substance of their field.
