1) INTEGRITY: Should possess both in business dealings and personal interactions with qualities like honesty,candor,sincerity trust worthiness and truthfulness.

2) VISION: Having long term vision for the organization, ability to articulate, inspire and motivate employees.

3) LISTENING: Willingness to listen everyone's ideas and more important to be open and flexible.

4) FEEDBACK: Give credit where it is due -including public praise for a job well done

5) EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: Positive attitude, cool under pressure has empathy and compassion, passion for the work and commitment to the organization.

6) COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Wide dimension array of talent , well spoken,ability to communicate ideas to all levels of people in the organization.

7) MANAGERIAL SKILLS: Ability to delegate and allocate resources for greatest effectiveness and empowering employees to get job done.

8) FOLLOW- THRO: Practicing what is preached, strong leaders are consistently concerned about how things come out and not how things begin.

9) HUMILITY: No one is perfect and no one is omniscient, an authentic leader is humble willing to seek information and advice and admit mistakes when they occur.

Been there between March 25th to 27th in the Chennai Meet. Mammoth crowd, 16000 and odd almost sure that it would have beaten a political rally in this part of the world.Awe inspiring discipline maintained by the whole lot throughout the program special thanks to the volunteers who did a commendable job by preparing for this meet 3 months before.
